Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and Web Auditor, Inc. (“Web Auditor”, “we”, “us”).

You must be at least 16 years old to use Web Auditor. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Web Auditor provides AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) auditing tools that measure brand visibility across AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Overview, and others.

Services include, but are not limited to:

• LLMS.TXT file analysis and recommendations
• GEO brand visibility audits across AI platforms
• Competitor analysis and citation gap identification
• AI-generated optimization recommendations
• Dashboard analytics and historical reporting

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create accounts for the purpose of abuse or circumventing rate limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Web Auditor offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Billing cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans are charged upfront.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Plan changes: Upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Price changes: We will provide 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

You agree not to use Web Auditor to:

• Submit URLs or domains you do not own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform at scale
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend service immediately for serious violations without prior notice.

All software, algorithms, designs, and content comprising the Web Auditor service are owned by Web Auditor, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of any data you submit to the service (brand names, domains, etc.). By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of delivering audit results to you.

Audit reports and recommendations generated by the service are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute them without attribution.

Our GEO audits query third-party AI platforms (including OpenAI, Google). Results reflect the outputs of those platforms at the time of the audit and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or any AI platform whose outputs we measure. AI platform responses can change without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that audit results will improve your brand's actual AI visibility. Results are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB AUDITOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Auditor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. Class action waiver: you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
